Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Sotong Kurita

1. Clean the sotong kurita thoroughly and cut them into rings.

2. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sambal Sauce

1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the sliced shallots and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
